LSM SELECTED MICROSOFT SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
The company LSM - Lucios Serviços e Manutenção works in the scope of small requalification works, provision of services, preventive, curative and emergency maintenance, in buildings and homes, particularly in the area of industry, services and rehabilitation.
Motivated to guarantee the success of all the works and operations carried out, LSM sought a solution that would allow to control and administer more efficiently all the processes, from the first contact with the customer until the finished work.
One of the main objectives with the implementation of the solution was to be able to respond adequately to expectations, meet deadlines, fully meet the needs of its customers and effectively solve problems or unforeseen problems on site.
Considering the specific needs of this project, Hydra iT implemented the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP at LSM to support the entire administrative and financial area, purchasing, sales, equipment management and engineering and construction management.
In order to guarantee the success of all works in progress, through a better and easier interaction with its customers, a business web portal was also implemented for the management and monitoring of projects by customers. This business portal allows LSM customers to be permanently updated on each of the different phases of the work and, in this way, increases the degree of service satisfaction.
The ERP Dynamics NAV is hosted on Microsoft Azure and integrated with Office 365, with the reporting model supported by Microsoft Power BI.
