Hydra iT is present in the Microsoft Inspire 2018 event

Microsoft Inspire is an annual event exclusively dedicated to the Microsoft Partner community around the world. This year the Portuguese delegation at Inspire is represented by 79 people from 45 companies, in which Hydra iT integrates.
The 2018 edition began in July 16, and runs in Las Vegas until Thursday, July 19. Throughout this week there are several new features revealed to partners.
Abel Aguiar, executive director for Partners and Small and Medium Businesses at Microsoft Portugal, points out in IT CHANNEL the new features of the Microsoft marketplace, "which will enable integrated multi-partner solutions." Partners can also expect "more resources, tools and incentives for our business application solution area, Dynamics 365," according to the Partner and SMB Executive Director, as well as a "greater focus on expertise," with a view to "Differentiation of the offer" of Partners in areas such as "identity and protection, SAP on Azure, and cognitive services". A Among the innovations is also a joint investment in Go to Market initiatives, complemented with support to the training and certification of Partners.
The cloud continues to be a cornerstone of the technology strategy: "Our priority is to continue to gain market share in our three clouds: Azure, Office 365 and Dynamics 365." Abel Aguiar points out that it is in the cloud that "there are clearly more opportunities" for Partners. "Partners who have the ability to build on our three clouds and services and solutions that meet the business needs of our business fabric will be able to capture more value in the market and sustained growth."
There are less exploited areas and where Partners can find business opportunities, namely the "verticalization of services and solutions", points out the Executive Director of Partners and SMEs, which points out artificial intelligence, augmented reality and big data as areas where it is occurring " massive investment "among the Partner community.
Microsoft also unveiled new features in Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365. In Microsoft 365, for example, Microsoft's workplace solution, there are four major innovations: a free version of Teams (chat software in the cloud); functionalities powered by artificial intelligence to create events; a new workplace analytics solution to improve collaboration habits within organizations; and the availability of the Whiteboard suite (shared digital picture) in Windows 10 and soon will come to Android and iOS.
In Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Microsoft announced a performance query twice as fast, for faster data movement. Also announced was Azure Expert, a new program aimed at giving greater support to MSP (managed services provider) Partners.
